This months
EnterTRAINing game is an
ice-breaker game.
Materials - One index
card for each attendee
Time - 5 minutes
Purpose - Learning
attendees expectations
and encouraging
interactivity,
creativity and fun!
Size of Group - This
works best with a group
of 30 or more
Each attendee is given
an index card with a
letter written on it.
(Make sure you have
enough vowels.) When
you begin the training
class, you ask the
attendees to find other
people in the room that,
when you put your
letters together, you
form a four-letter word.
An appropriate
four-letter word! (Give
them a 3-4 minute time
limit.) Then, the group
must come up with a
sentence, that includes
their word, that
describes an expectation
they have for that day.
This exercise is a great
way to loosen up your
audience, get them to
interact and learn the
expectations they have
for your seminar!
Happy EnterTRAINing!
